How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1999. I began working in the swimming pool industry in 1983. My Dad owned a pool company that he started in 1971. They recently retired.
What is your primary product or service?
Openings, closings, and our weekly service program. We just started offering chemical sales and delivery.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My parents started a pool company in 1971. I learned the trade from my Dad.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I make sure our jobs are complete and the customers are happy. I attend pool service training seminars in the off season and I keep up on local, state, and national pool and spa safety laws. Pool safety is my #1 goal.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work out of my house. I do not have plans to open a retail store.

We accept cash, check, or you can pay with your credit with paypal. It is very easy.
Which areas do you service?
We can service or repair almost any area of your pool. We do not offer vinyl liner replacments.

Tim Graham. I am the owner and coordinate daily operations.

We are in the field Monday - Friday 8-5.
